This home sits on the Red Mountain Ranch Pete Dye designed golf course, has views of Red Mountain, a resort-like backyard, and an updated interior! A stone outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ, and multiple dining areas. Putting green, fruit trees, and a covered patio that runs the length of the backyard. A whole outdoor living and family area! The back of the home is a resort-style backyard - your own private oasis with golf course frontage. The private pool is heated at no additional charge for year-round dips on sunny days.
The new hot tub offers romantic moments under Arizona's sunlit and celestial skies. The covered patio has new cozy furnishings for wining and dining with your favorite people and a gas grill that will please the outdoor chef.
Private putting green keeps you at the top of your game. The outdoor fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or review your East Valley adventures. The backyard offers spectacular views of the golf course, mountains, and beyond.
The whole house
We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
