The basement offers two additional bedrooms (each with an ensuite), a half bath, a playroom for the little ones, and a large family room with a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, air hockey table, and a large game table.
With the community pickle ball court, large grass area, and pavilion right off the patio, your group can easily enjoy the common areas. In addition, the community offers a seasonal swimming pool, year round hot tub, horse shoe, and bocce ball area.
