Three level house west of Hwy 12 in Waves. Reverse floorplan features kitchen/Living/Dining room on upper level with unobstructed views of the Sound, and a western facing deck. Middle level includes 3 BR suites with Queen beds and private Baths, along with the laundry area. Two BRs in the back open to a large deck facing the sound and pool. There is a front deck off the main hallway. The lower floor has a large TV area, mini kitchen setup, and a Bunk room with 2 double bunks and private access to the Bathroom. Doors out the back leads to the pool and large deck, and the entry to the private dock to the Sound. The house has a 3 level elevator, and wheelchair ramp along the side.

Summary: House was immaculate and well-appointed upon arrival. We only needed bath towels, which was no problem. Beautifully decorated and we loved the pool! We would definitely re-visit this spot; thank you!!
