This luxury condo was just beautifully updated!
Upon entering the space you will be greeted by a large open floor plan with plenty of natural light. This top floor unit has vaulted ceilings, a skylight, and beautiful pool and garden views day and night. This unit features a spa like tiled shower with a Bluetooth enabled fan and a rain shower head with adjustable handheld massager. The gourmet kitchen has new leathered granite countertops and all the necessary kitchen essentials. There is a coffee bar as well as a separate wine bar with ice maker, and the unit is equipped with a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. The King sized bed has a new premium mattress so you can enjoy a restful nights sleep!

The Condo is centrally located between Kings Highway and Highway 17 Bypass. The location is ideal - it is only 5 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, 2 miles from Surfside Beach Pier, 5 miles from Garden City Pier, 6 miles from Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, it is a short drive to all that the Grand Strand has to offer!

This condo is a perfect romantic retreat for a couple or a restful retreat for a single person. The sofa does fold out to a full sized bed which could accommodate an older child to a young adult comfortably however, the unit has been designed with an adult couple in mind. It would not be suitable for young children.
*To gain access to the condo you must be physically able to climb stairs as there is No Elevator.
Keyless, no contact entry, a unique key code will be provided 24 hrs prior to arrival for guest.
**Please be aware that "No Smoking" of any kind is permitted inside this condo (including vaping and e-cigarettes).**
Lastly, there is a ring doorbell for condo security however once inside the unit with door closed you have total privacy.

Summary: We stay in Surfside often and are toying with the idea of moving to the area. Our friends live in the same neighborhood as Jessica's gorgeous condo is located and decided to stay here in order to surprise them. I initially booked the property based on the photos but more importantly, the proximity to our friends. Well...was I surprised at what a gem of a vacation rental this was. The photos are beautiful but can't even compare to the actual place. It is, by far, one of the nicest appointed vacation rentals that I have stayed in. It is kept impeccably clean and organized. There is literally everything that you could possibly need from a Ninja Blender to beach chairs, umbrellas and tote bags. The cookware, utensils and dishes make you feel as if you are truly staying at your friends house. I never thought I would have been able to live in a studio but after seeing how this place was so thoughtfully designed, I realized how much potential these spaces have. We brought our friends over to see the place and they were equally impressed and expressed how fortunate they were to have a place so close to theirs should they ever need room for visiting family. Jessica was an incredible host as was always available to communicate with if need be. She goes above and beyond with the personal touches. I truly can't say one single negative thing about this fantastic condo and host! Cheers Jessica and THANK YOU!
