Beautiful and immaculately kept 5 bedroom 4.5 bath town home located on quiet residential street. The unit features a bonus room on the first floor with a full bath, wrap around sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms of which one is the second master suite with a queen size bed and its' own covered porch, full bathroom and flat screen TV. Two of the remaining bedrooms on the second floor have pyramid bunk beds (full bed on bottom/single on top). The remaining bedroom on the second floor is furnished with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Also on this floor is a full hall bathroom(with tub) and washer/dryer closet. The second master suite is located behind the kitchen on the third floor and is furnished with a beautiful King bed and its' own full bathroom. The remainder of the third floor is the large open concept living area with a fireplace, dining area with seating for 13, fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a peninsula that seats 4. Off the kitchen is a powder room. The living area features sliding glass doors that open up to a large covered deck with dining table and chairs and a wraparound sofa, so that you may enjoy the spectacular views of both the ocean and the sunsets over the back bay. Other amenities include, high speed internet, full garage access, an outside shower, BBQ grill, beach chairs, umbrella, cart, 8 bikes- everything you need for your beach vacation!
