Positive: It's in a handy location for Versailles and woodland walks if that's what you want and we did. It's on a lovely housing complex with all year tennis courts and an outdoor communal.pool in the summer months. There's a kitchen with all the utensils and washing machine.
Negative: It looked small on the net but it was smaller than I expected. The place was 'relatively clean' but there were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, a piece of chewing gum on the wall and it's impossible to shower for longer than five minutes without flooding the bathroom as the shower doors urgently need to be replaced. We didn't get the owners name and we arrived back one day and the electric was off, and as foreign tourists we couldn't call the owner without the internet. Fortunately a kind neighbour let us use their internet to call the neighbour. There were also no instructions regarding rubbish or anything else. I've been an air BnB host and I believe the host needs to be more communicative to provide an effective service for guests.
