Positive: Cozy modern studio, with a sofa bed (large), includes a mattress cover and sheets, has a pot, pan, kettle, glasses, plates and cutlery and a hair dryer, there are also cleaning supplies, includes air conditioning and heating, is located next to the river. Sign. After a stretch of approximately 5 minutes you have a super express and an Aldi, with transport you have the RER nearby.
Negative: It is located approximately 1 hour from Notredam, the studio is very deep like in a forest, arriving at the studio is having to go through two almost short roads, one on a track and the other on dirt, if it rained that road would already be muddy and you could pass more with a car than walking. In winter time (for me) I feel that it is not enough with the heating and the sheets but with a blanket, if you cook you would need a lid for the pot so that it boils faster, which it does not have.
