Positive: Well laid out apartment. Plenty of space for two people. Off street parking. Walk to shops and clubs.
Negative: Stairs were a bit tricky and would be difficult for those older than us. We are in our late 60s. Didn't really like the bar stools. Would prefer normal dining chairs and table. Fridge is adequate as far as size goes but it's really low to the ground. Again, age is a factor.
Summary: Pleasant.
