Positive: I've been staying at this hotel for a few years visiting my family in town. It has changed owners. The place is still clean. Most of the regular staff is present and they do a great job.
Negative: The new company cut amenities including cable TV. There are more noise complaints and problems with other guests. These are all issues that were NEVER a concern when the hotel was Extended Stay America.
