The space offers an open floor plan with a spacious living room and dining room combo that connects with the galley style kitchen. Modern appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and electric range. The property also includes a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom is large with plenty of room to spread out - and features a king size bed. Additional bedroom with queen size bed. Bathroom features walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks with plenty of counter space. Private outdoor spaces including both a covered rear porch, patio, and putting green.
Guests will have their own private front and back entrances to the property as well as private 2-car tandem driveway.
This property is centrally located to everything Isle of Palms has to offer. First and foremost the beach access to one of SC's best beaches is one house over - but in addition the Isle of Palms recreation center is a block away and features tennis/pickle ball courts, multiple fields, indoor and outdoor basketball court, playground, etc. Fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. World class golf courses minutes away. Downtown Charleston only 12 miles away. Short term rental agreement to be signed by both parties prior to your stay. Host can provide a copy at your request.

Summary: This home is in a great location: a 20 min walk (via the beach or thru town) to IOP County Park Beach and all the restaurants. Grocery store very close too. A less than 5 min walk to a closer beach. Rooms were clean and well furnished. We had plenty of room to chill out in the evenings and we were very comfortable. Perfect for us (2 adults, 2 teens)!
