Positive: This was our first time staying in an accommodation with a shared bathroom, something we have been avoiding up until now. I have to say this was a really positive experience, with a lot less friction than I worried it might be! The bathroom is spacious and holds a high standard. Two sinks makes it possible for couples to use the bathroom at the same time, limiting the time it is occupied. The kitchen and common area is cozy as well, all though a bit confusing with the information (or rather lack thereof) when it comes to what is included / free to use and not.
Negative: The bath really needs a shower curtain, both to avoid water splashing on the floor and to make the user feel less exposed when showering. Also it would have been nice with some sort of indication on whether the bathroom is occupied or not, as we waited for almost an hour convinced that someone was inside (and not wanting to bother them). Turns out they had just closed the door fully and kept the lights on, and the noise we were hearing came from the neighbouring room (yes, being Norwegian we are quite conflict-averse) The floor and stairs also creak a lot, so be aware if you are a light sleeper.
