Positive: The amount of books and games were amazing. The kids loved all the options. We also loved exploring the land and enjoying the sunset and sunrise over the hills.

Negative: Not much to complain about! I wish the firepit was usable, but that was not the owners fault (local burn ban). A king bed would be nice, but the bed was comfy.
