Looking for blue skies and white pristine beaches? Then look no more. Come to Sunrise Condos at New Smyrna Beach, #204 newly renovated and nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. Sunrise is conveniently located within comfortable driving distance to all Central Florida Attractions.
Our condo is a family friendly eight floor complex with only 71 units. It is located on the NO DRIVING SECTION of the beach. There is no need to worry about cars, just sit back relax and enjoy your vacation.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath 1360 sq ft condo is clean and brightly decorated with a great floor plan(the bedrooms are in the back). We offer spectacular ocean views from the 2nd floor, that can be enjoyed from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your entertaining and cooking needs. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. We have WiFi through out the unit.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bath and dressing area . The guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed.
We have a very active complex in the winter, with an assortment of activities planned for everyone. There is just no better way to spend your hard earned vacation. Come and enjoy our beautiful white sandy beaches and relax to the music of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is calling....

Summary: We really enjoyed everything this condo had to offer. Plenty of room, great location, easy access to the pool and beach. We stay in NSB one week every summer, and this was one of our favorite stays yet.
