The Parsonage, built in 1880, is a meticulously maintained stately historic home in the heart of all the action in Michigan City’s Arts District. Located just blocks from restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping the property makes for a fun gathering year round. The beaches of Michigan City are within walking distance at just under a mile and there is also ample beach parking. There is a Starbucks across the street in the Outlet and Lakeshore Coffee is a block away. The Michigan City Saturday Farmers Market runs May thru October and is located two blocks away at 8th and Washington. The Blue Chip Casino, library and zoo are less than a mile away. The sweeping 12 foot ceilings, beautiful workmanship and charm of a time gone by greet you as soon as you enter and meet the grand staircase. The home is impressive and has wonderful common rooms for accommodating fun gatherings while enjoying a large HD Smart TV and Free WIFI. There is a charming porch off the Main Floor that is a fantastic spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night glass of wine.
