private Heated pool estate! (heating fees apply), extra spacious, clean, fun and comfortable home is ready to make you getaway memorable. Sitting on 1/2 an acre, our 3000sft home is ideal for large families and friends getaway Our home offers a lage back yard, private swimming pool, paved patio with gazebo, kayak, basket ball hoop, bbq grill, large pool table, xbox 360. Our home is 10 min to Weeki Wachee springs, 45 min to Tampa and 10-20 min to the near by beaches.
We were sure to make this home spacious, light and airy so our guests will feel at home and also comfortable while visiting. This property boast an extra large private pool home. Heating fee of $40 a day for a minimum of days applies.
Our property accommodates short term renters. If need additional guests, we do have additional campers on the property but seeing the property is so large there is privacy fence around each rental properties. The camper sleeps 4 and this home sleeps 16. If you have a large group of 20 we are able to accommodate you between both properties.
You do not have to worry about other guests using your amenities or invading your space. The camper is to the side of the house and has it's own privacy fence.
