Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and Smart TVs. The master suite features a private en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. The master is located on the first level while the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
The upstairs loft is perfect nights at home, equipped with theater chairs, a projector with 100" movie screen, sound system, and popcorn machine.
A sleeper sofa is available in the game room for those seeking additional sleeping accommodations.

Big commercial vehicles are not allowed on the property as HOA previously complained about our previous G who brought a commercial truck. G will have to park it around the corner outside the community.
