1600 sq ft comfy cozy open spacious family home on a cul de sac. Room for everyone! Fireplace inside and fire pit plus corn hole outside. Huge backyard with bbq grill.
Kitchen is furnished with 8 adult and 4 kids dinner sets. Plus all items needed for cooking. Only salt and pepper provided. Bar in the kitchen with view to living room and front yard.
Huge dining room table seats 8. Bench on 1 side for kids please. No kids on the blue dining room chairs if possible. They tend to get stained and require cleaning. Damages will be charged to the tenant.
Fire pit and patio furniture yours to relax on while here. Feel free to play corn hole as well.
Dogs require a deposit but are welcomed. Backyard is fully enclosed for those sneaky pups. RV gate on 1 side and closing, latching side gate on the other.
Huge laundry room with access to free washer/dryer. Must provide own detergent and softener.
Landscapers come every other Thursday. Green Mango Pest Control come every 2 months for interior and exterior sprays. Trash goes out on Wednesday and Recycle in Saturdays.
100 pet fee does not include any damages or extra charges for pet cleaning.
Paid up front or within 24 hrs of booking
Cats and other pets require prior approval. Please message.

Summary: Neighborhood is very quiet but easy access to US 60. Close by restaurants and grocery stores. Jillian was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We enjoyed the large fenced in back yard with hummingbird visitors!
