Please note that I utilize an outdoor security camera at this home, at the front door. It is only for the safety of the home and my guests. There are no cameras inside.

Summary: This property truly felt like home. Quiet and safe location, excellent host and a cozy home. The cleanliness of the house and the decor were incredible. Phill, the host was extremely communicative and even helped me throughout some potential lodging issues I was having. Some great restaurants and lots of great hospitality. Not to mention the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I highly recommend Phill and his property and look forward to a future stay. If you’re looking to stay in Bay City, don’t pass this place up!
