A freshly renovated apartment with a beautiful rounded porch, a few feet away from Franklin Street.
With 3 fresh and comfortable bedrooms, the house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. 2 beautiful bathrooms.
The space
A lovely apartment to welcome a big family or a group of friends. The bright-colored exterior combined with the roof tiles create an easy going feeling at first sight.
On the top floor, the house can easily accommodate 12 people in its 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 double beds each. Both bathrooms have showers for a relaxing time after a long day. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water boiler are also included.
Enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the rocking chairs at the front yard or at the benches under the trees. And forget worrying about parking, as you have the whole back yard to yourself.

You have access to the parking lot and the porches. On the top floor to the left, there will be 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Summary: This property is nothing fancy and doesn’t pretend to be. The location is easy access to Franklin St. We were here for a work assignment and simply needed multiple rooms and bathrooms which is exactly what this place offered and for a decent price.
