Spacious 2-bedroom type apartment with about 170 m2 situated on a 2nd floor with views over the Algarve hills. Inserted in a private condominium with excellent areas for sports. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture in the balcony of the property, service bathroom and 2 bathrooms equipped (tub and shower). 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed. Espresso machine. Smart TV, WIFI, are some of the facilities that this sumptuous apartment has to offer its guests.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Parking in front of the condo (without being able to reserve). Located 10 minutes from Albufeira beaches (Galé and Salgados) and the marina. Free access to the gym, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool, and games room to all guests who book with us. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area of Guia and within walking distance of the village where you will find stores, restaurants, pharmacy, markets and banks.
We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
