This is the safest place to bring your family during the Covid Crisis-you never need to go anywhere. The BBQ area allows you to grill every night in the massive backyard by the edge of the lake without ever having to leave. Lots of takeout and delivery restaurants in the area too. EVERY SURFACE DISINFECTED WEEKLY! The home is also only 3 BLOCKS from Point Pleasant Beach's famous boardwalk. The view of the lake, complete with swans, cranes, ducks, geese and other wild birds is gorgeous. The WATER VIEWS and amazing sunsets over the lake are stupendous! Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing right from your backyard (local rentals available). Summary: This home is truly AMAZING! THE "SWAN LAKE" VIEWS!! The meticulous furnishings!! A beautifully designed kitchen that draws family to the table to "eat, pray & love" their time together! The proximity to the lake(on it), to the private Ocean beach (6 houses), to the boardwalk(few blocks) & even the downtown is 5 minutes to the cutest shops & cafes!! We have rented shore houses for 20 years, & This home tops them all! Best of all, The owners are kindness personified!! downtown
