5 Bedroom House in Tobyhanna

Beautiful house with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living room, dinning area, Laundry area, and nice size kitchen, with one car garage. Lots of spaces. Located in a gated community with lots of amenities. Short term rental currently allowed in the community.
Please note that we have made every effort to make sure the house is clean and fresh for your stay. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the cleaning or for anything else please get back to us with a written communication ,We will make every effort to remediate the issue as soon as possible. Please note that after 8 PM on the date of Check in we will not entertain or issue any refunds whatsoever.
When you come to the welcome center, please have a paper copy of your drivers registration. Lot of guests have a electronic copy on the smart phone they do not accept it anymore in the welcome center.
We provide wheelchair accessibility.
We need at least 4 days' notice to get a ramp access
Propane tanks and firewood:
While we’ll make every effort to keep the propane tanks full we cannot guarantee that the propane tanks will be full and it is the responsibility of the guest to take care of firewood to take care of firewood.
We provide propane tanks as a courtesy to our guests we have spare propane tanks which can be exchanged at Walmart or any propane exchange store. If you find the tanks are empty, please exchange them at Walmart or any propane exchange store nearby.
Firewood (for fireplace or fire pit as applicable) is also the responsibility of the guest.
Guests have access to the entire house.
There is a $12 Fee for each person each day to access the swimming pools, the fee is paid at the swimming pool. Children under the age of 2 can access the facility free of charge.
Pet
We love pets but due to compliance with our cleaning contract with vendors, we could allow only dogs as pets. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog per stay. Please see the house rules. As VRBO doesn’t have a way to collect pet fee upfront during booking we’ll send a payment request for pet fee after the booking.
Driver's Details:
A last minute booking fee of $100 will be incurred, if you have not submitted the drivers information 3 Days before the Check-in.
This is also applicable for last-minute booking where the booking date is less than 3 Days of the Check-in date.
Transaction:
All transactions will happen through the VRBO system and to safeguard our guest we strongly encourage to make any payments through VRBO portal only.
The Pet fee is access separate as VRBO does not have an option to access that fee as part of their booking.
There are animals in the vicinity so please always secure your trash bins.
