Note: Please note that the community HOA requires guests to sign a written "lease" and be approved by the HOA prior to rental approval. To allow for this, we are not able to have instant book on, but ask that you please request to book. Guest will also have to provide a copy of a valid drivers license and complete an HOA required lease application. Any bookings made for over a 3 month stay, will also have to agree to a background check for each tenant. The rental is subject to the HOA approval of the application and will not be finalized till approval has been granted. It is the guest's responsibility to send in two separate checks for the application fees (total of $150).
