Southeast of Cape Coral. Close Distance to the beaches and entertainment. Fishing next to the unit.
Association required 3 month minimum rent.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking in the unit.

Summary: This condo was walking distance to anything you want to do. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, grocery store. The site had a very nice pool and cabana to cook outdoor. The condo was outdated on inside, couch was a two seater, was some Ian damage that hadn’t been repaired as of yet but was minor and understandable. Kitchen supplies like dishes, pots and pans were limited and many weren’t dishwasher or microwave safe. Would recommend to rent as long as your ok with mentioned items. The master bedroom could be updated to a queen or king size bed too
