Completely renovated beach condo in the South Seas Enjoy breathtaking sunset views and a scenic overlook of the pool. Spacious living room and dining area, with a cozy kitchen includes seating for two. The Master Bedroom Suite features a King Bed and a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed and Twin Bed; the Bathroom also includes a walk-in shower. Balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom, with plenty of room to enjoy coffee or a meal while looking over Tigertail Beach and the heated pool area. South Seas NW activities: tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, boat slips.
Marco's most loved breakfast and pizza/Italian restaurant are a short walk away (1/2 mile), along with some shops. See the burrowing owl nests on the way there.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
