The villa features an amazing sports area which includes an area to practice swing and a small football field, which surely will be a hit with the whole family. The villa also lies just 5 minutes walking distance from the Ifach Golf course, famous for its fantastic views on the Peñon. The neighbourhood is very quiet, without traffic but at the same time, very close to town. The centre of Moraira is just 7 minutes’ drive away and Cala Andrago just 5 minutes away. The villa is distributed on two floors. Downstairs you will find a large dining room with a guest washroom and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Then you will find a cosy living room with large window panes which open on the terrace. It then leads to bedroom # 1 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with double bed, ensuite bathroom, sofa bed and a private terrace; bedroom #3 also has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and private terrace. You will then find the wonderful chill-out terraces and relax area where you will enjoy a refreshing drink under the Mediterranean sun. This will also be the ideal spot to admire a panoramic view of the sea and the area. The outside areas of Moraira sport are incredibly large with private pool and chill-out area and will your privileged area to bathe in the sun. This is the perfect luxury villa with all the details to enjoy the dream holiday. IMPORTANT:Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Summary: Great service and support from Solhabitat staff. Responded promptly to questions and requests from booking through to departure. Key collection was seamless. Couldn’t fault Hector and his colleagues. Thank you for looking after us so well. The villa is well presented, minimal and very clean with comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The views from the roof terrace are fantastic and there is ample parking for cars. The villa is on a deceptively large plot with a number of terrace and garden areas. Not all of these had seating which was a shame as we couldn’t enjoy all the areas especially one of the bedroom terraces with a nice view for a morning coffee. The outdoor furniture that is there was comfortable and of good quality. Easy to get to the centre of Moraira by car. Unfortunately the road the villa is located on turned out to be quite a busy one, it’s a through road and as the pool is at the front of the property next to the road, the traffic was very noticeable and consistent for most of the day.The description of the villa states it is in a quiet neighbourhood without traffic which isn’t accurate, the neighbourhood maybe quiet but the traffic meant that poolside was disturbed by vehicle noise making relaxing more difficult. More outdoor furniture and parasols would be useful to make the most of the different areas around the villa. Hector brought an additional parasol as there was only one when we arrived. Suggest trimming the hedges to allow more sun on the pool for as long as possible to keep it at a nice temperature. Some days it was quite chilly but we managed to still go in.
