Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 40 m² duplex flat with shared pool which can accommodate up to 6 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach in the commune of Arzon. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

A shared enclosed swimming pool (unheated - dimensions 20m x 10m - depth 0.90m to 1.90m) accessible by key. Opening dates from 1 June to 30 September (non-contractual)
