Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
-Please note, if you booked prior to May 28, 2025 the garage apartment is not included in your booking and access is to the main house only.

Summary: We had a great trip to Austin. For most of us, it was our first time and the location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk down South Congress for brunch and shopping. The grocery store is very close. The home is nice and clean and an open layout which made it perfect for a girls group! I would absolutely consider staying again.
