Enjoy this 700 square foot, lake level rustic 60’s style home with 136 feet of shared lake front property, a duplex-shared dock & moorage adjacent to the Public Boat Launch. This Studio Style apartment has an abundance of old world charm mixed with new & rustic lake home touches. Great layout with comfortable living areas & dining room. Enjoy lakefront vacationing at its best!
This Apartment on an adjoining Duplex has a lot of space around it for a typical lake house & is all one level... from the parking lot, to the home, to the lake itself... all one level. This is really unheard of on this lake. There is no Cable/Satellite or Wifi however 3G internet/cell service is available from Verizon.
This Duplex is one level from the parking lot, and the same level to the lake which is NOT an easy thing to have in this area of the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Adjacent to the public boat launch makes this home convenient for bringing all of your favorite lake toys! Large private dock is shared with adjacent unit (home is rented separately or available to add on for additional guests, if available) & Tiny Home adjacent. Studio style living space has a king bed with a heavy black out curtain to divide from living room. Living room has a Full-Double size pull-out sofa including all linens and extra blankets. Relax with a book while enjoying expansive views from the huge lake-front sliding glass doors. Dining room seats 4 plus has 2 extra folding chairs. The mini-kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances. Kitchen includes a small pantry of salt, pepper, cooking oil, flour, sugar, first night's coffee, tea, and much more! The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & all the necessities in this three-quarter bath, walk-in shower style bathroom. This home has an attached 2-bedroom home that shares all exterior areas with both this unit & the Tiny Home located adjacent to it.
Be ready to truly enjoy some family time, or the peace & serenity of the off-season or the joy & fun of all who enjoy this lake!! There are currently no cable/satellite in this home nor Wifi. We have a TV with old-school VCR & approximately 30 VHS videos for adults & kids alike, several books for all ages, board games, card games & more! Make this the trip to remember!! Unplug for all & just enjoy!!
We live on property but not there often as we have property adjacent & in other towns, plus working most days & evenings. We are always available via phone, email or text to answer any questions. While we’re on location, we respect your space but also happy help anyway we can. :)
