Positive: The big plus of this apartment is that the windows overlook the sea, and in the evening you can see fireworks. There is also an opportunity to use the gym. Downstairs there is a shop.
Negative: What I didn't like: Due to the fact that I didn't use my phone much after booking, upon arrival I found that the landlord had written that he was canceling the reservation because the room was not available. But then the message came that the room would be provided after all. I missed all this correspondence, and when I was near the apartment, I read such news upon arrival and already started to worry. As for an apartment-It didn't seem big enough to me, the booking.com stated 30 m2. In fact, I think it was no more than 25 m2. For a long stay, I would like to have a table in the room. There was a small table on the balcony, but I couldn't use it because someone was smoking in the apartment next door, and it was uncomfortable for me to stay on the balcony because of the smoke. I really missed the frying pan. There were a couple of pots available, one of which was 10 liters - it's not particularly clear how appropriate it is for such a small studio. There was someone's black hair in the washing machine-I disdained using it. I was also confused by the old sponges for washing dishes
