Being able to put on skis directly at the base of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all holidaymakers who go out in the snow.
The apartment does indeed enjoy a privileged location since in addition to being ski-in ski-out (departure and return), it is only 150 meters from the village square, the ESF, the daycare center and shops. Ski area open from 12/22/2018 to 03/24/2019 included.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday during school periods. Overlap possible outside periods. (Consult us)
Housing :
The "Le Loup Blanc" residence was built and delivered in October 2017 by RJO promotion, a local Savoy player for whom quality is the common thread of each project carried out..
"Le loup Blanc" is a large chalet in ashlar and wood. It includes only 9 apartments, BBC-RT 2102 standards with individual heated floors.
Located on the 2nd floor, it gives directly onto the "Impène" piste served by the "Le Grand Loup" chairlift which is only 100 meters on skis from the residence ... enough to satisfy children, parents or grandparents who are 'will not need to carry skis and poles.
A small learning track located just outside the residence allows children to learn to ski or even watch them ski from the balcony.
Under the roof, it benefits from a very beautiful exposed, authentic and traditional frame.
Facing south-east with breathtaking views of the estate, it is divided into:

We have entrusted two of our children to it in the expert and welcoming hands of the nursery assistants: a veritable little corner of paradise which ensures parents a peaceful and restful holiday.
In summer, we are just as captivated by the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. The variety of possible activities is very rich and swimming is ensured by a lake arranged overhanging the village, facing the Arves needles and the standard glacier: unique point of view!
Also note the free access to the tennis, football, basketball and the highest BMX field in France. In addition, for cycling addicts, the Maurienne offers the largest cycling area in the world.
Albiez is also synonymous with tranquility for parents. Indeed, summer and winter, the configuration of the village allows children to evolve freely and play (sleds, bikes, football ...) without parents worrying too much about the risks of traffic or the environment.
