Summary: The lication was central to downtown and decent restaurants. The heat does not work downstairs so a portable heater was provided but not comfortable with that option The windowsvon ground floor arevtinted but you can see the neighbors yard beyond the fence if it matters. The front door should be accessible not just the garage.
