Wake up and enjoy your coffee in front of the gas fireplace with a flip of switch, enjoying uninterrupted gorgeous views of the Presidential Mountains from this mountain home that offers three levels to bring family and friends together.

Winter: ski at Bretton Woods is less than 2 miles away and ski all day/apre ski. Walk 5 minutes to the Omni Bretton Arms Inn and Omni Bretton Woods hotel.
Just a short walk to the beautiful Omni Hotel.
4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom ensuite with the 5th full bathroom right outside the bunk room.

Fall: The colors of the White Mountains are dazzling in Autumn! Miles of scenery to explore from your car or on foot. Central to such fabulous hiking!

Summer: Explore summer watering holes along your walks and nearby golf at the Omni Washington Resort. Horseback riding and carriage rides as well as golf and tennis are offered (at a fee) through the hotel. One of the few updated, central air conditioned 5 bedroom homes at Bretton Woods available.
This spacious, clean and modern unit has new hardwood floors throughout as well as new furniture. There are three King bedrooms on the upper level, each with their own private bath. The main level offers two separate areas for socializing/relaxing (dining table for 8) as well as the adjacent kitchen island with seating for 6. Also on the main floor is a entry-way separate mudroom, 1/2 bath, laundry room and walkout deck. The lower level offers a walkout deck, an additional living room, a 3 full beds/1 twin bed bunk room (new and sturdy/custom bunk beds), full bathroom and queen bedroom with en- suite brand new spa-like bathroom, separate game room with pool table and bar table/stools.
There are Flat Screen TV's in each bedroom and living rooms as well as WiFi -though in the warmer seasons you'll spend most of your time at the house enjoying the outdoor decks and spacious grassy backyard, watching your children play as you relax with your friends. Cozy gas fire place on main level - great for cozying up with a book or socializing with your group.
Plenty of private sleeping space for multiple couples for a Family and/or Friends reunion.
Walk or shuttle over to the hotel for cocktails, dining, golf or spa enjoyment.
This house boasts granite kitchen counter tops and granite bathroom vanities.
We have removed the top comforters on all the beds and are providing blankets and linens that we 100% wash in-between guest stays. The decorative comforters shown in the pictures have been tucked away as they are not easily washable between guest stays.
A nest camera is installed in the front door and is a security measure we have in place to protect the home.
The backyard nest and kitchen cameras can be unplugged upon your arrival. We ask that you plug them back in at your departure.
Mt Washing Place Condos are a walk away as everything at Bretton Woods Ski resport is super close! 5 minutes to the Ski Mountain. Walk to the horses stables, Nordic Center. Bethlehem is a 10 minute drive away - Reklis Brewery and an adorable main street is waiting for you! North Conway and Storyland are a scenic 30 minute drive away. Or check out Littleton for great food/ shopping (antique and local artists), Schillings Beer Brewery and many more dining options. So much to do with this house as your home base!
