Renovated home in the heart of the city. Close to downtown, Colorado College, Memorial hospital, Olympic training center, and easy access to the highway. Come and relax in this light, open home with new kitchen, flooring, baths, bedrooms, paint and furniture. Decorated with a mix of old and new, it is a breath of fresh air when walking through the front door. Enjoy the beautiful commisioned stained glass masterpiece, by local artist Dana Keys, while you enjoy conversation and drinks in the open design living area. The light that shines in through the solarium changes the colors of the glass throughout the day. It is truly a work of art. Enjoy reading or playing games in the upstairs loft, go for a bike ride downtown for a local beer or cocktail (bike lane right in front of the house), relax after a day of hiking in the hot tub or disappear into your spacious bedroom to enjoy a little quiet after a long day. The house is equipped with 2 king beds, one queen and 1 single, two bathrooms, a laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, a solarium for getting a little vitamin D in the winter and a furnished front porch and a fire pit for enjoying the beautiful​ Colorado weather.
