Escape to our stunning Lake Front camper known as "Simply Unhitched" for your next vacation! This site offers amazing views surrounded by natural beauty; while our spacious 40' camper has 4 pullouts and plenty of room for the entire family! Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike!
Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this RV has everything you need to make lasting memories.
The space
Outdoor amenities include: foldable chairs, hammocks, fire pit, and darts just to name a few.
Enjoy the private platform dock while you're here whether it's fishing or swimming! The dock has 8'-16' of water at the deep end depending on the lake's water level. The dock has cleats to be able to tie a boat to since there is no boat slip to park in.
Well kept and clean camper with spacious living area. Master bedroom offers an extremely comfortable memory foam bed and deluxe bedding. There are 2 pull out sofa beds. I recommend adults sleeping on the queen pullout in the living room. Kids and teens best suited for the tv room and loft area.
Around the outside of the camper you will find hammocks and additional rings on the posts to hang more. We do offer additional hammocks upon request. Just let us know prior to check-in. There is a picnic table, (4) camping chairs, outdoor rugs & mats and an outdoor TV lounging area equipped with Premium cable TV/smart TV access. Perfect for watching movies in the evening or football games during the fall.
There is a 17in Blackstone grill and a Green Egg grill as well. We provide fuel and charcoal.
There is an additional RV/Camper pad available for rent in conjunction with the camper rental. We may arrange for another camper to be placed there for rental if you have at least 10 people in your party. Price per night will vary and will be discussed prior to booking.
Guest access
Guests may utilize and access the entirety of the property. Please stay out of neighboring yards. The gravel walkway ends at my property line. After that is Corps of Engineer land, which is accessible and free to be used by guests. All docks are private property, so guests should only access the owner's dock. If you have questions feel free to reach out to the owners.
The upper RV pad has its own deck area and walkway that leads down to the fire pit area. This is available to guests to be used and enjoyed.

Please make sure that the swim steps are pulled out of the water each evening and prior to check out.
