Positive: The staff was unbelievable helpful. Front desk was great, changed our room for no additional charge as it was too small. The maitre d'hote was amazing! Ran the buffet area like a well oiled machine. Always made sure we were satisfied and happy. The food at the resort was very good. Although the lines were long to go get seated, we never waited more than 5-10 min. Amazing service at the buffet. V-Boy and Gebrel ( intern from France) were great with the guests, always trying to incorporate some fun during the activities. The kids had an awesome time with this team.
Negative: All chairs at both pools and at the beach were always reserved with towels. Guests from the hotel would get up at 5 am to secure the chairs so there were never any chairs available until late afternoon. This part was no fun at all! I have never experienced anything like this. It would have been nice to have an entertainment crew same way other all-inclusive have with shows every single night entertaining the crowd. The nights were a little long with no entertainment and no culture of Greek music felt at all. Only English music playing but we are in Greece I believe more Greek music should have been played...felt this was a mistake on the hotel's part. The Greek night is the only fun night, all other nights feel improvised without a entertainment crew to entertain the crowd. The beach is very rocky and I would not recommend this place to older people or small children as you have to climb down rocks to get to the beach....not very practical at all. There were no omelettes being prepared for the guests. The ingredients of the omelettes (cheese/mushrooms/onions etc) were left next to the pre-made omelettes at the buffet so you can put your ingredients on your pre-made omelette which kind of defeats the purpose.,,, No iron in the room and when asked if we can have one brought to us, the answer was no. We would have to go to another room to iron our stuff and bring it back to our room.
Summary: Loved it here but would not go back to the same place as we like to visit different places.
