Come stay with us! Our home is a brand new style Villa. Located on the out skirts of the busy city of Wilmington NC. We are just over the cape fear bridge, about 10/15 minutes from down town Wilmington. Where you kind find several different restaurants, museums, tours and so much more! Leland/Winnabow villa style home. Brand new custom built, with all new furniture.
The Space:
Our brand new home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. In each room you will find a queen bed, with a full size dresser with mirror, a TV, and 2 of the three bedrooms have a full size closet with hangers. Drop in to our full kitchen, where its fully stocked with plates, silver-wear, baking sheets, etc. Basics includes cooking oil, cooking spray, salt and pepper. all other items can be found at multiple shopping locations within 5 miles of our home! Enjoy our beautiful screen in porch in a private back yard, where you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze of NC!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything pictured! Front porch, drive way, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, Den with 5 recliners, dining room. Guests who stay a minimum of 10 days will have access to our washer and dryer. Plenty of pots, Pans, Plates and silver-wear! Coffee machine, coffee filters, Coffee grinds, Salt, Pepper, Cooking oil, all included as well!
The Neighborhood:
Quite, safe, and beautiful community! our brand new built townhome is our vacation home, but to others its there full time home! With that said, the neighborhood is filled with families & retired folks as well! This part of the development is currently being developed. Side walks are available for you to walk around the neighborhood, which connects to multiple other sections of the development.
Getting Around:
Its a beautiful community! plenty of side walks, and trails to walk! with a short car ride or a long walk, walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and CVS pharmacy right within our community!
Other Things to Note:
We require those to be 24 years and older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not allow parties, and take noise complaints from our neighbors very seriously. We want to respect our neighbors and our guest! We are currently not allowing pets to stay, however we will allow pets to stay for our long term tenants with certain limitations & fees.
*Our community & street is new, with new houses being built daily. We cannot control, if the developer is building new houses. You may hear noise, or see construction vehicles on the street*
Interaction with Guests:
Your paying for a trip, to relax and enjoy. We are not local, but in the event there is a situation that you need us we are a phone call or text away and have local help and services that can address any issue. With that said, while renting our home, we will not be disturbing or checking in unless we are phone called by you.
