This house has been designed as an art gallery in the middle of the countryside.
Guests can contemplate the works of art while sleeping in the bedrooms and walking around the house.
Close to the famous vineyards of the Provence of the Popes, the historic sites of Avignon, Orange, Senanque, Gordes, Vaison-la-Romaine, the Luberon and the Monts de Vaucluse with their typical villages, as well as the Alpilles and Baux de Provence, the sea is only an hour away.
It combines the charm and tranquillity of the countryside with being just 12 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive from the well-stocked village of Robion (bakeries, chemists, newsagent, organic supermarket, market-gardeners, etc.). It is also 9 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue (7km), with its weekly farmers' market and numerous bars, restaurants and antique shops.
The house comprises a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining room with a veranda that can be completely opened onto the pool.
Two terraces, a smaller one by the pool and a larger one overlooking the wooded garden.
Two private bedrooms:
- The bedroom is 12 m2. It has a 160/190 bed with a 30cm mattress, a TV, a bench and a wardrobe.
- The bedroom has a 140/190 bed with a 22 cm thick mattress and a wardrobe. It measures 10 m2.
All in all, a surface area of 100 m².
For families with young children: the swimming pool has no safety barrier, just an alarm. Open from 15 May to 15 October.
The house is equipped with wifi (cable), washing machine and dishwasher. Gas hob, oven and microwave.
The site is ideal for sports enthusiasts, particularly cyclists, with the cycle and pedestrian path that runs from Cavaillon to Apt and crosses the whole Luberon right at the end of my path as I leave the house, with Mont Ventoux and tennis enthusiasts with a communal court 5 minutes away, art and history lovers with the many archaeological and medieval sites and the many summer festivals in the region (Avignon, Arles, Aix, Orange, Vaison, la Roque d'Antheron etc.) as well as gourmets who will enjoy the farmers' markets and visits to the neighbouring Côtes du Rhône estates (Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras etc.). ), as well as gourmets who will appreciate the farmers' markets and visits to the neighbouring Côtes du Rhône estates (Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, etc.).
Travellers have free access to their respective rooms and to all the communal areas of the house, garden and swimming pool mentioned in the advert.
