Sleeps 6, vacation home, offers the sound of shoals as you enter the grounds, hot tub, 2 BR -1 King Bed & 1 Queen Bed, 2 BA, PLUS a large Loft with 6 twins (which is 2 bunks), including sleeper sofa. This private setting RETREAT on 5 acres is like non other! Kayak (outfitter 10 minutes away--kayak in-out!), fish, or just enjoy the sound of the rushing river from everywhere on the property. Enjoy s’mores by the fire pit right outside the screened porch and soak in the hot tub, all overlooking the river. Beautiful, private and tranquil setting in the canopy of hardwoods. There is a 30 ft screened porch for relaxing and dining and all hardwood floors and heart pine walls inside. Enjoy a 60 Inch LED TV and 500/500 MBPS wifi to stay connected. No need to go anywhere, but area boasts award-winning wineries as well as art/antique destinations and wonderful hikes and State parks. Historic Helen, Piedmont College, Toccoa Falls, and Babyland General are all nearby.

There are areas in the middle of the river that allows gentle flow for sitting on the rocks and possible swimming areas. Fishing equipment such as rods etc kayaks, life jackets are not provided.
