Summary: You can't get a better price so close to the beach. The room I booked didn't come with ac so I had to pay 20k extra on arrival to get an ac room, and it definitely wasn't a very powerful ac. It kept the room cool enough to sleep in, but just. It was fine. Drying rack is provided, which is convenient
