WOW! Amazing oceanfront location along the Sea Ranch bluff trail. Seafront offers a classic Sea Ranch family vacation. Kids of all ages will love the wildlife, and the sounds and smell of the ocean.
The living room has a smart TV for streaming, seating and books to read. There is a pellet stove in the living room and radiant floors throughout for additional warmth. The kitchen is nicely equipped, bright, and open to the living and dining room.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms allow plenty of privacy and comfort. Excellent ocean views in the generous master suite with a deep soaking tub and a huge picture window, a queen bed, large bathroom and dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a peek of the ocean. The third bedroom may be perfect for the younger set, with a bunk bed. There is a full bath with tub and shower in the hall.
The excellent ocean views continue in the sitting loft upstairs with a comfy window seat to while away the time.
The bluff trail is about 25 feet from the house and leads to nearby Walk-On Beach and miles of additional trails. The ocean-side patio off the living room is the place to BBQ, enjoy the sunset, whale watch or simply relax and unwind. No matter what the weather you will be mesmerized by the whitewater ocean views from the comfort of Seafront. Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the Del Mar Center, The Sea Ranch's newest recreation center offering a large outdoor heated pool, saunas, and 2 tennis courts.
