Positive: The staff is wonderful, willing to help, and very kind. The location is great. We had a problem with the AC, but they came and fix it very fast. The food at the restaurant is very good, no need to go and look for food elsewhere.
Negative: We took the penthouse. The water flow in the shower was very very weak, and sometimes with no hot water at all. Also for the price I paid I would have expected to get a free shuttle service from the ferry to the hotel. We also had underwear of the previous visitors that were left in the trash and the staff didn’t take it, only on the second day of our staying.
Summary: Great place to stay in, not worth the money for the penthouse.
