The beautifully done kitchen features new cabinets as well as new granite counter tops and includes a microwave and dishwasher with a separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The unit also has a wet bar with granite countertops which includes an ice machine. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, recently renovated separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. The unit also includes granite counter tops in both the master & second bathrooms. Both the master and second bedrooms have been recently renovated and the unit is CARPET FREE!
