The Sea Horse Villa set in beautiful Shoy’s Estates overlooking The Buccaneer Resort and Golf Course and incredible views of the sun setting into the mountains to the west.
Conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to restaurants, golf, and the historic town of Christiansted, and just minutes from a quarter-mile long sandy beach, the Sea Horse Villa offers the best of the Caribbean all within a private, gated community.
This home features a MAIN HOUSE comprised of a Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Area and a luxurious Master Suite all on the same level. There is a set of steps down to the POOL DECK. From there, down an outdoor flight of steps, you will find the GUEST HOUSE featuring two detached guest bedrooms with full baths, and an outdoor balcony.
The GUEST HOUSE also includes a separate large suite below with its own bedroom, a full bath, a Living/Dining Area, kitchenette, TV, and a private balcony. Access to this suite is a quick walk down the driveway to the lower level.
Enjoy your day soaking in the sun and swimming at your own private pool all while taking in some of the islands most breathtaking views. Or, go explore the island for the day! Visit 3 beaches within a 5 minute car ride. Watch the sunrise from the easternmost point of the United States at Point Udall. Hike at Annaly tide pools in Carambola. Drive through the rainforest. Take in the harbor views from the beach bar on Hotel on the Cay. Snorkel at Buck Island Reef National Monument. Shop at the historic Frederiksted pier.
