Nordic House in the smallest resort on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom. Guests staying at this holiday, Baltic Sea beach and backwaters reached over short distances. Our detached house is surrounded by a sun lawn with lavender and rosemary bushes. The 430qm large plot in a quiet location is surrounded by fruit trees and pines. The sophisticated equipment is kept bright and modern. Underfloor heating keeps well in the cold season for comfortable room temperatures. The tiled ground floor receives the special atmosphere, as they have only wooden houses. The high airspace in the living room, which turns into an open gallery, emphasizes the special charm of the house, which is equally suitable for individualists, active vacationers and relaxation seekers.

The bright living room has a modern kitchenette with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker etc. Of course there is a TV satellite system with flat screen TV and a radio-CD player available. Sheets and towels available at extra cost (10,00 Euro, Bed linen and towels per person). Oriented to the east, there is a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60) and a wardrobe. In the attic you will find a 16qm large gallery, which is accessed via a narrow staircase from the hall, with a double bed (2,00m) and cupboards.
