Positive: Good value for solo traveler, safe area, close to the beach and to store for basics.
Negative: Cleaning was done on the major areas, but dirt swept under furniture and to the corners, dusty on furniture surfaces. Couldn’t use the sitting furniture due to strong animal smell.
