- No trespassing on to other neighbors' piers/backyards, their property lines extend into the bay about 50 feet
- Please do not use the pool to rinse off dirt or sand; there is a shower on the deck by the shed for that
- Three cars max at the property, two in the driveway and one on the street, please do not block neighbor houses. There is a park at the end of the street for overflow if needed
- No running or use of scooter/skateboards, etc. on the back deck or by the pool
- Please do not handle or remove any pool components by or in the pool
- NOTE: This single-story home offers step-free access

Camera 1 doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and camera 2 is located on the back deck facing the bay. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
