This renovated home has a large open plan living between the loungeroom to the entertaining deck off the kitchen ready to host any occasion. There are 3 generously sized bedrooms throughout all fitted with either built in robes or walk ins as well as ceiling fans. The large Master supplies a King bed which follows to the ensuite that offers a separate bath and shower space. There is a single bunk in bedroom two and single bed in bedroom 3 which both have sperate doors to the external yard/deck and interconnecting bathroom.
In the rear yard there is a large trampoline for kids to enjoy while you enjoy the finer things.
Located in the beautiful suburb of Scarborough approximately 40 minutes north of Brisbane CBD and just a few minutes drive to Redcliffe City Centre, Dolphins Stadium, and Redcliffe Hospital. Walking distance to the breathtaking beach, cafes, convenience stores, and public transport.
