6 Bedroom House in Mount Clear

Sass Abode has everything! It is close to most local attractions including Sovereign Hill, Ballarat CBD, Wildlife Park, FedUni, Buninyong. A very large home with an amazing ambience. Two large indoor/outdoor entertainment areas (with BBQ). Central heating, aircon, open fire, enclosed yard, pet friendly, quiet court location, great views - just some of the features. This is Short Term Accommodation on another level!

Truly unique. I cater for families, business travellers, sporting groups, girls/guys weekends away, couples and pets. The home is large with lots of space, including four bedrooms, an office/kids play room, dining room, meals area, two large living areas, two bathrooms (inc. bath), laundry, kitchen and off street parking. The morning and evening views are fantastic. The two outdoor areas are very large - one can be fully enclosed. The yard is fully enclosed so it is child and pet friendly. The court location is very quiet.

The compendium I have created will give you many ideas on what to see and do while staying at Sass Abode. However, feel free to just relax and make some wonderful memories during your stay.

Pets are allowed at this property, however not on the carpeted areas of the home. Thank you

Summary: Overall a good place to stay with everything close by. We were a family of 9 and all accomodated very easily in to the house. Unfortunately a few things let the house down such as the garden space, BBQ but no gas. Toilet seat broken. Lounge area could do with more seating to suit large families, However the bedrooms we’re very comfortable and kitchen well equipped with everything we need for our short stay.
