Positive: Great location. Loved that it wasn't part of a complex. The number of bathrooms really helped our comfort level. The beach and point of rocks were nearly in the back yard. The pool was nice.
Negative: Kitchen could use some updates. The stone around the pool was blazing hot during the day. The pool area could use some lights at night.
